This Place had a great spot, nestled in the mountains 🏔️, offering a lovely view. The room was spacious with a living area, and a kettle was provided in the double room.

The staff was very friendly and helfpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. A good breakfast with good coffee was served every morning.

The hotel's central location close to the main train station and various trains arriving and departing was convenient. Easy access to Ice Magic Interlaken from the hotel was a plus. - the modern and neat rooms with three lovely windows were delightful.

We only stayed for one night at this establishment. As read in previous reviews, we stayed in the B&B section, although we have asked for a reservation in the hotel. The room was clean but we were very glad that we only had to stay one night. The breakfast the following morning made up for our dissapointment of the room. Our host was friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious.

It's a decently sized place with a beautiful mountain view and a fantastic location within walking distance of the train station.

The staff was super friendly and incredibly nice. Our room was neat and airy, equipped with a fridge, great WiFi, and a microwave. - the breakfast, especially the coffee, tea, fresh bread, cereal. - the hotel's location was near train stations, a big supermarket, halal restaurants, and West Interlaken. - Everything was great; we needed a place for one night.

the hotel is wonderful with large rooms and a great view. the staff were very helpful to us, and gave us good suggestions. i also loved their breakfast; hot croissants!! a must-stay place and i will certainly visit again.

Great location, only 5 minute walk away from the train station (Interlaken West). Staff is nice, the room was super clean and spacey -- we chose the superior double. You might not have the biggest choice of food for the breakfast, but it was high quality. Free wireless connection working properly, although coverage in the breakfast room is limited.

There is no internal restaurant for lunch / dinner but a Thai restaurant is available on the ground floor just next to the hotel. I don't like asian food anyway. There are no tools to make tea or coffee in the room. There was no shampoo or shower soap.

The place was impressive and had lots of natural light, but the bathroom was tiny. the staff was nice overall, although some could have been friendlier. We had an amazing time and the location here was fantastic! 🌟

The room was big. The pantry service was good. We could make tea/coffee and could use the microwave oven. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The hotel is little difficult to find. It took me more than 40 minutes to reach to the hotel as I went in the wrong direction. The hotel is in the side of platform 1 of the Interlaken West train station.

It was clean, and the people were outstandingly accommodating and pleasant. Everything was simply great...
